Tyler Bass is a lifelong Minnesotan who believes that strong communities are built on faith, responsibility, and service to others.

Raised in Blooming Prairie, Minnesota, Tyler learned early the importance of discipline, perseverance, and accountability. A three-sport athlete in football, wrestling, and baseball, he set 13 school records during his senior football season—an achievement that reflected years of dedication and hard work. That work ethic earned him the opportunity to play college football for the Luther College Norse in Decorah, Iowa, where he studied Exercise Science.

After college, Tyler moved to the Twin Cities and founded At Home Fitness, an in-home personal training company. Through this work, he helped hundreds of clients improve their health and quality of life and spent years working closely with children and adults with autism, gaining firsthand understanding of the challenges families face and the importance of access to the right support and resources.

As his entrepreneurial journey continued, Tyler expanded into additional ventures and later transitioned into construction. Today, he works as a general contractor, completing interior and exterior projects throughout the Twin Cities. He has built businesses from the ground up, created jobs, met payroll, and helped thousands of people along the way.

At the center of Tyler’s life is a strong and sincere belief in God. Through personal trials and challenges, his faith has guided him, strengthened his resolve, and shaped his commitment to serve others with humility and purpose. Tyler believes that faith provides direction in difficult moments and reminds us that hope, accountability, and compassion still matter.

Tyler is currently writing a book to share his faith journey and encourage others to believe, persevere, and find strength during life’s challenges. While his faith is deeply personal, it informs his values—honesty, service, and standing up for what is right.

Tyler Bass is not a career politician. He is a business owner, community advocate, and man of faith who believes Minnesota’s future is built by people who work hard, care for their neighbors, and stay true to their values.
